is an online Executive Coaching program that supplements group or 1:1 coaching. The online handbook and videos take the leader through a journey to gain a deeper understanding in how their brain processes and can be changed. The handbook is an in-depth description of specific areas that develop and change the brain (i.e. beliefs, mindset, emotional intelligence, subconconscious and neuroscience). (This also took place during the pandemic!) One to one and group coaching was the format.
