Dr. Cheryl Carr is an Organizational Psychologist with a background in change management and neuroscience of change. As the “Work Doctor,” she helps companies treat adults like adults in the workplace, allwhile assisting workers to build accountability for their engagement,resilience, kindness, and purpose in their work.

Dr. Cheryl provides a remedy for work challenges and solutions to benefitthe company and personal growth. Her mission is to make work a placeof happiness and fulfillment. She experienced feeling misunderstood and unmotivated with work but proactively found a way to heal herself and regain a sense of joy.

Now she helps organizations and employees find this same self-awareness and happiness in life and work. Dr. Carr is a recognized leader in Behavioral Cybersecurity and teaches tangible, applicable habits, systems, and behaviors focused on developing positive workplace behaviors. Dr. Carr developed her systems to inspire lasting change, –TALKT (Technology Aided Leadership and Management) and CALMforOCM (Computer Aided Leadership and Management for Organizational).

Dr. Cheryl consults with the government(Homeland Security, FAA, VA), academia, oil and gas industries, education associations and Tribal Nations. She has been the keynote speaker on numerous stages, including The University of Tel-Aviv in Israel, the Association of Change Management Professionals, Texas A&M University Leadership Summit, Women’s Business Council Southwest, Tarrant County Community College, and The Ascend Institute/Powered by Dallas College.

She is the author of three eBooks: “You Shall Be Happy,” “You Shall Be Consistent” and “Stop that Ish”…she is working on a publishing deal for her book tentatively titled “A Real Heal,” and the textbook “Change Happy Changes.” Dr. Carr is currently conducting a Pilot Study on non-drug interventions for calming anxiety using CalmiGo and will publish and lecture soon with her findings.
