Tamica Sears is an Executive Coach and HR Professional with 20 years of experience and expertise gained via multiple industries and Fortune 500 companies. She has guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructurings, strategy sessions, succession planning, and creating and implementing various leadership development programs. Well-versed in Leadership 360 Assessments, her focus is on helping leaders gain a better understanding of themselves, their strengths and development opportunities, and how they impact others so that they can lead authentically. This approach ensures that leaders are better equipped to transform organizational cultures to be more innovative and inclusive, enables executive teams to be more responsive to market changes, and creates a highly engaged and productive workforce.
In addition to a Masters in Organizational Leadership, she holds multiple certifications in Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which allow her to coach executives through a lens of inclusiveness.
